You’ll depart from the city and head into darker skies, with the route changing day to day depending on conditions. Your guide shares insights into the science behind the lights, plus local stories along the way.
If your tour date is before the end of April 2026, admission to Aurora Reykjavík (the Northern Lights Centre) is included for the day of your tour, so you can dive deeper into the phenomenon with an interactive exhibition and immersive experiences.
If the lights don’t appear, you can rebook for another night at no extra cost (valid up to two years after your original tour date).

- Warm, windproof and waterproof outer layer
